Social Media Setup: How does BringShare integrate with Facebook?

Cassandra Gifford -

BringShare will only pull data important to your reporting from the specific Facebook page you select. We pull data from your Facebook page such as; total current likes, new likes, lifetime likes, impressions, visits. BringShare will not pull any personal information or leave anything on your Facebook page.

To integrate:

1. Once you have created your account you will be dropped into a settings page. (you can always return to your settings by signing into your account and clicking “settings” in the upper right hand corner)

2. From the settings page select the Social Media tab. (above screen shot)

3. Once you have selected the social media tab, select “Add Now” to begin the Facebook integration. (above screen shot)

4. *If you are logged into a Facebook account on your browser that you would not wish to be integrated, we ask that you log out before selecting “Integrate with Facebook” button.

5. If you were logged in, once logged out select the “Integrate With Facebook” button to continue the integration.

6. Sign into Facebook using the login information for the account that you wish to be integrated with BringShare. (above screen shot)

7. Once you have allowed access to the correct Facebook account the above screen shot will appear.

8. Select the Facebook page from the dropdown on the left that you wish to track.

9. Click “Choose Facebook Page”

You are then directed back to the settings page and have successfully integrated Facebook with BringShare!
