White Label Marketing Reports by BringShare

Internet marketing has become far more complex in recent years, and it now takes much more effort to build and monitor a brand online. In the early days of the Internet, online marketing was all about creating a website and simply building links to it. Today, things are a bit more complicated. Not only do you need to have a website, but with increased noise across the world wide web, you need to have a detailed plan on how to help people get to that  website. SEO, Social Media Marketing, Paid Search Campaigns, Email Marketing and more must be skillfully balanced to create the perfect internet marketing mix. So what do companies do to find this perfect mix of digital marketing?

They hire your agency.

Now your agency is left with the task of identifying how to get the most visitors to your client’s website. Your agency is responsible for creating, implementing, testing, optimizing, retesting, optimizing further …and the cycle goes on and on (for every digital marketing channel!). You have Paid Search Campaigns, Search Engine Optimization specialists, Facebook and Twitter social media managers, development and design teams setting up emails and project managers ensuring they get out on time - and it’s all running at the same time.

And then the client emails you. “How is my Internet Marketing performing?”

Boom. Wrench thrown in the mix with just a single email.

But your agency is smart.

Instead of having to scramble through campaign results -copying and pasting feverishly into excel, manually manipulating data to create mediocre looking charts that only kind of make sense, you just pop into BringShare and with a single click, you have a white label internet marketing report to send back to your client. Need we say more? No. But you’re interested in more.

Here are a few more reasons to leverage the white label reports BringShare for Agencies offers:

All your digital data is in one place

Keeping track of how various internet marketing channels are performing is crucial for succeeding, but the time it takes to track down all necessary information can be overwhelming. Many people lose hours every day simple collecting and loading this information into Excel. With while label marketing reporting software like BringShare, all of this information can be gathered in one location with a couple of mouse clicks. Our beautiful interface greatly simplifies this process, and online marketers and agencies alike will not have to spend nearly as much time logging into various websites and navigating to the reporting sections.

Your agency can focus on more important tasks

Your Client's White Label Social Media Report - Ecommerce

Online marketing requires a considerable amount of effort, so having everything stored in one place allows your agency to focus on what really matters.

Marketers often begin to become distracted by the constant need for updates, and many are unable to concentrate until their clients can have an update on their most recent stats. White label marketing reporting allows digital agencies the ability to view and send their clients all of their important data without spend more than a few seconds getting things set up.

Build your agency brand

In addition, our white label reporting tool allows digital agencies the ability to develop a cohesive brand across their properties. With white label marketing reporting, marketers can ensure that all of their properties are presented in a manner that is consistent and always includes agency branding. Creating and reinforcing a brand is one of the most important steps to online marketing, and those who are able to build their brands effectively will see far more success than those who cannot. It’s also probably important to note how impressed clients will be with such fast responses to their questions, the prompt monthly internet marketing reports, and your agency brand included prominently through it all.

In this booming era of the Internet, marketers need relief. By taking advantage of modern software like BringShare and using tools to help, marketers can avoid becoming overwhelmed when handling the data they need to succeed. How are the (not provided) keywords affecting my SEO data?

You’ve probably noticed the (not provided) keyword creeping into your BringShare account and Google profile. You’ve also probably experienced similar frustration to what we experienced when this first started happening. We recommend not punching a wall and/or drop-kicking your computer. Hand surgery is expensive, and a new Macbook on top of that is salt in the wound (trust us, we know). The emergence of this trend has left all of us thinking: How are the (not provided) keywords affecting my SEO data?

The answer is not as much as you initially think. After Google announced that it would no longer be providing search data for users who were logged in to a Google account, the (not provided) keyword started showing up (find more info on what the (not provided) keyword is here). All of a sudden we lost a decent portion of our search traffic and were left with what appears to be a rather large hole in our data. Don’t get us wrong, you’re still missing data, but it’s nothing you can’t deal with when you have BringShare on your side.

When all of the keywords that were searched by a person logged in to a Google account are lumped together, they seem incredibly significant, but the most likely scenario is that you’re really just losing “slivers” from user search queries.

To put it a different way, In all likelihood, the keywords you can no longer see are not large quantities of a few, really important keywords (which is what causes that initial panic), but are much more likely small quantities of a large variety of keywords. It makes things much more manageable if we lose one or two keywords here and there instead of losing a whole keyword or two that is driving the most traffic to your site. This isn’t ideal, but you can still make grounded, logical marketing decisions that will pay off for your future.

Marketing Reports for SEO, Paid Search and Social Media

BringShare for Agencies brings a variety of features to the table, but our agency members seem to love our automatic reporting the most. Below you will find further information on the functionality included in every BringShare account, as well as some deeper specifics in terms of what each individual marketing dashboard report consists of. So, what do BringShare marketing reports bring to the table? Well, we would love to tell you..

Publish, Print or Generate a PDF Marketing Report in a Single Click

All BringShare for Agencies client accounts come with three ways to generate an internet marketing report of your data -for any date range. The “print” button automatically prints the internet marketing dashboard you are viewing.

The “PDF” button will automatically generate a PDF marketing report of your marketing dashboard and save it to your computer. From there, you can take the newly generated PDF of your Master Marketing Dashboard, SEO Dashboard, Social Media Marketing Dashboard or Paid Search AdWords Dashboard and easily attach it to an email or save it to a file to send over to your client.

Finally, the “Publish” button allows you to generate a url of your Master Marketing Dashboard, Search Engine Optimization Dashboard, Social Media  Dashboard or Paid Search Dashboard. You can then copy/paste your URL into an email to your client and voila! Instant marketing reporting.

Only Include the Key Metrics in Your Marketing Dashboard Reports

BringShare makes it easy to include or exclude data so that you can focus on the metrics that mean the most to you and your clients during that reporting cycle. Our dashboards allow you to select or deselect any section of your internet marketing dashboard to include within your report.

For example, the screenshot below shows two charts on the BringShare SEO Dashboard -the Top Keywords by Visits and the Top Keywords by Conversions chart. If you want to focus more on bottom-line results provided by SEO in the form of sales/conversions, simply uncheck the “Top 10 Keywords Driving Visits” section to remove it from the report and you’ll be able to generate a report that only shows Top Keywords driving sales (or conversions).

How to Find Your AdWords Client ID

Your AdWords “Client ID” is the unique number that uniquely identifies your Google AdWords account. If you are logged in via an individual account (NOT an MCC account), your “Client ID” is also referred to as a “Customer ID”. This ID number will be located in the upper right hand corner of your screen, to the right of your email address. This is pictured in the screenshot below.

If you are logged in via an MCC account, your “Client ID” is located underneath the Client name within your list of accounts. This is shown in the screenshot below.
